Set Your Intention

Wake up the same time every day. Remain in bed with your eyes closed. Your mind is already clear and rested and in a meditative state from the sleep you’ve had during the night. Be thankful for the day ahead and set your intention for how your day will go. Do this with love and gratitude in your heart, because we are never guaranteed the day. Our time here can end at any moment. No one is promised 100 years of life.
